The Winchester Auto Barn
Southern Planning Practice is really proud to have secured planning permission for The Winchester Auto Barn and Drivers' Club Ltd.
The Auto Barn is a new unique destination blending classic automotive culture with modern creativity in the heart of the Hampshire countryside.
The project included:
- A recording studio: Two isolation booths and a vocal booth, upper balcony, pro lighting and audio.
- ‘The Filling Station’ Café & Bar: Period-inspired bar, relaxed dining, private meeting room.
- Classic Cars and Craftsmanship: Curated 60s-80s showroom, on-site workshop, secure storage.
- On-the-Go Coffee: The Auto Barn’s own coffee van serving Winchester’s finest brews.
We guided this ambitious project through planning, creating a space set to enrich the local area and attract enthusiasts far and wide.
