Sky Park House
Earlier in 2024, we helped our clients at Sky Park Farm to secure permission for a large extension to Sky Park House, located in the South Downs National Park. The house had been sold off from the farm holding 70 years ago. However, the owners of Sky Park Farm were able to purchase the house and therefore bring it back within the holding. By extending the property and creating a basement, the property will be transformed to provide the ideal family home for our clients and ensure they are on hand to oversee the running of the farm and all of its associated enterprises. The deer farm itself now employs around 50 people and welcomes 30,000 visitors per year, including their increasingly popular restaurant ‘The Grazing Rooms’, which is well worth a visit!
