Agricultural Building Obtained Under Permitted Development

Southern Planning Practice successfully secured prior approval for the erection of a new agricultural building under permitted development rights.

The development comprises a purpose built agricultural storage building with a floor area of approximately 444 square metres, designed to support the ongoing management and operation of the agricultural holding.

The building provides essential storage space for hay, straw, agricultural machinery, vehicles, and equipment required for the day to day functioning of the farm. Careful consideration was given to the design, scale, and specification of the structure to ensure it reflects a traditional agricultural appearance and integrates appropriately within its rural setting.

This project highlights our expertise in navigating agricultural permitted development legislation, providing clear planning advice, and delivering practical solutions that support the long term operation of rural businesses.
