Commercial Industrial Project

The project was to lead the erection of 13 no industrial units, including use of 1 no unit as trade counter for B8 and B2 purposes. This involved the construction of industrial units on an area of open storage and to provide a trade counter.

However, the key issues with this project was its countryside location and the visual impact of existing open storage and new unit. Furthermore, this project would generate traffic and the location already had existing authorised use. Southern Planning Practice solved this by removing all open storage and providing additional small industrial units to match recently permitted units.
