The client had 4 large redundant agricultural buildings in the countryside.
The proposal was to convert the buildings to storage use (B8)
Issues involved securing access via a shared drive, traffic routing and the relationship with existing and proposed residential properties.
A legal agreement was negotiated in relation to the traffic routing and re-organisation of the manoeuvring within the site ensures that there was no conflict with the residential properties.
