Design Solution -

Working closely with our architectural technician, Steve McClelland and the client, a scheme was prepared and the final plans illustrated that the design was informed by the surrounding development in the locality. The traditional appearance was influenced by the Victorian style of building, resulting in a high quality design. The proposal also incorporated the use of solar panels and rainwater harvesting in order to improve performance in terms of sustainable design.
