The proposal involved the replacement of existing offices, amounting to 468sq m, with a courtyard development of 1829sq m floor space, situated in countryside, on the edge of Southampton.
Initially, the local planning authority advised that the proposal would be unacceptable being overdevelopment and in an unsustainable location.
However, working with a team of consultants, the Practice was able to demonstrate that the proposal would enhance it's setting and that the proposal was entirely in accordance with planning policy.
