Bournemouth Road, Chandlers Ford

The Practice has represented both national and local house builders over the years. This has involved planning policy work to have sites allocated for development as well as preparing and submitting planning applications. The following is a taster of the developments we have been associated with.

Former Hendy Ford garage site in Bournemouth Road, Chandlers Ford. Planning permission was granted for redevelopment with 150 houses and flats with access roads, garages, car ports and parking spaces together with public open space and children's play area. The Practice worked in concert with Linden Homes and a team of consultants to achieve this development which came about after we had helped secure Hendy Ford a new car showroom site in Leigh Road, Eastleigh.

Trinity Lane, Wareham

Redevelop a lock up garage site with 3 houses. This was an awkward site to develop in the Saxon town of Wareham with archaeology and Conservation Area interests to satisfy. The scheme took nearly two years to achieve planning permission!

London Road, Horndean

The development added a 2 bedroom house as a new end unit of the terrace. This small end of terrace unit shows what can be achieved as infilling.
