Situated high up on the Downs of the River Test. This was a complex project involving -
- Removal of an agricultural occupancy condition
- Demolition of 90 sq m bungalow
- Re-siting of, and construction of around 900 sq m of replacement dwelling
- Restoration of downland
- Removal of 7000 sq m of asbestos poultry buildings
- Stopping up of a public highway
- Restoration of ancient rights of way

Situated in the Meon Valley, this project involved 700 sq m replacement dwelling, with 500 sq m of ancillary accommodation.

Located in the North Wessex AONB, the proposal involved the replacement of a 1920s Spanish style dwelling with a 1300 sq m Regency style dwelling.

Positioned in a rural location, on the edge of the South Downs, the scheme was for the replacement of a colonial style bungalow with 600 sq m dwelling based on a traditional timber frame with a modern twist.

Situated in the North West Downs AONB, the proposal was for a 1300 sq m replacement dwelling with annexe to secure restoration and long-term management of farmland, employing traditional farming techniques.

Situated in the North West Downs AONB overlooking the River Thames, this striking replacement dwelling has been designed to take advantage of panoramic views of the Goring Gap.

Originally a log cabin, with an agricultural occupancy condition, situated to the west of Winchester the scheme secured the removal of the condition and the replacement of the dwelling with a 500 sqm arts and craft style dwelling.
